People believe all you need to do is eat less and do more cardio, this is so far from the truth and dependant on the individuals goals. You are unique and so are your dreams so start to look at the whole package. You'll need an assessment, what are your fitness levels? Do you have any injuries? Do you have any postural alignment issues? How is your flexibility? What is your diet like? Do you have any food intolerances? Do you have any underlying health concerns? What are your goals? Lose or gain weight? Getting ready for a competition? Or do you just want to get fit? Have you ever lifted weights before? What is it that you really want?
Then the plan starts. I learn about you and I teach you how to get into shape safely and correctly, taking into account all of your history I will tailor a bespoke plan just for you based on the information you give me and what I observe from your movement patterns and anything else I find. There's a LOT to take in but once you've got through the first couple of weeks you will learn what your body needs to get into the best shape of your life.
