You've all heard of Sugar Free Farm? Well, I've been coaching my clients to eat like this for ten years! Finally I have been given the opportunity to run my very own fitness studio adjacent to the brand new Jeans restaurant in Tunbridge Wells. Not only that but they will be including a 'clean menu'. Clean eating isn't just about salads, it's about eating without the hidden sugars, trans fats or chemical additives. Training over a 6 week period 3 x per week with 6 other people in the group you will learn how to train with correct technique and you'll work within your own level. Because there are only 6 in the group it's not like a traditional class where you just get left to get on with it. I will correct you. Over the 6 weeks you'll do all sorts of different training, kettlebells, boxing, weights, metabolic training, flexibility, but you will also learn how to eat right. I'll show you how to use different ingredients and natural sugar to help you with your sweet tooth and how to up protein to stop those sugar cravings. You'll find out that eating properly isn't about starving yourself it's about feeding your body and you'll be amazed at just what you can eat!
