Lunchtime slots, Nip out in your lunch hour and get a quick blast in? 12pm till 1.30pm 3, 30 minutes sessions Mon to Fri HIIT Boxing, Kettlebells, Metabolic Conditioning. £10 per session numbers are low only 6 per class. 07915918551.
